Technical possibilities
In connection with our turning work, we can offer you machining in the range of Rd. 2-300 mm.
For milling, you can opt for machining up to a width of 400 mm and a length of up to 1,000 mm.

Depending on which end product is required, our skilled employees use either 3-axis or 5-axis machining. Both variants differ from each other in their specific characteristics:
3-axis CNC machining
Details on length, width and height can be individually set here. It is also possible to insert pockets, threads and drill holes on a vertical level.
5-axis CNC machining
5-axis CNC machining is used when it is necessary to integrate additional horizontal machining operations. Here, the above-mentioned pockets, threads and holes are then applied laterally.
5-axis CNC machining in particular makes it possible to achieve complex results, which are of course adapted in detail to the expectations and wishes of our customers.

Series production
No matter how many parts you need - we remain in love with detail!
Series production is the opposite of prototype construction. Thousands of parts are often required here. But don’t worry, we are at your side here too!
