In this context, please note the range of technical possibilities. In the “turning” area, we offer you machining in the range of approx. 2-300 mm. For milling, on the other hand, machining is possible up to a maximum width of 400 mm and a maximum length of 1000 mm.

The importance of a prototype often only becomes apparent when you follow the history of a product from start to finish. This usually reveals that the production of a prototype is usually indispensable before series production in order to detect and eliminate errors at an early stage. This ensures error-free and optimal series production and thus avoids unnecessary costs.
Based on the corresponding prototypes, the technical and functional properties can then be scrutinized in detail. At the same time, it is also possible to find out how the respective design is received by the respective target group, for example in surveys.

In total, we distinguish between 4 different variants of prototypes:
Geometric prototypes
These are particularly accurate models that are particularly suitable for carrying out initial tests and trying out different variants.
Design prototypes
This type of prototype is a wonderful opportunity to test the appearance and ergonomics of a product.
Functional prototypes
Here, the various models can be tested with regard to their functions before they go into series production.
Technical prototypes
Technical prototypes are most similar to the finished end product. They are often virtually indistinguishable from the finished product.
